Our one-hour training module teaches your employees about regulated and non-regulated drug and alcohol workplace testing programs. Employees will receive general awareness education covering drug abuse and alcohol misuse. The training session is a combination of videos and key points designed to provide the most comprehensive coverage of the material. Employees will also have access to handouts to take with them and refer back to. This training is available online or can be provided at your location by one of our certified trainers.
Our two hour training module walks your supervisors through the general requirements for reasonable suspicion referrals, alcohol abuse, prohibited drugs, and the reasonable suspicion interview. Your supervisors will learn how to identify the signs and symptoms of substance abuse in their employees. They will also be able to see a full review of helpful forms and checklists for determining when to use reasonable cause testing. At the end of the module your supervisors will receive a printed certificate indicating that they have met all the requirements for DOT Regulated programs.
Designated Employer Representatives
Our one-and-a-half hour training module provides your Designated Employer Representative (DER) a complete review of your organization’s drug and alcohol testing program manual. Items covered include policy development, program maintenance requirements and general program oversight.
